**Each pricing option represents a fee for professional service and does not include the cost of food. All food is purchased just prior to arrival at your home, you pay only for the cost of the food, there is no mark-up!!

Container Fees
- It is recommended that freezer quality containers be purchased that include Pyrex/Corningware, Rubbermaid, or Tupperware which include fitted lids and that are suitable for the oven or microwave. These containers are yours to keep and will be kept at your home and be ready for use on the scheduled cook date. As a courtesy to my clients, I will purchase the containers for you which will range between $125 - $150. This is a one time container fee that will cover the cost, again no mark-ups.
- If you prefer, disposable type containers can be purchased and provided on each cook date for a $15.00 fee.
- Vacuum sealing is also a preferred method for freezer storage. As part of your service, I will vacuum seal any items as appropriate. There is no additional charge for this option.
Additional Services (most additional services charged at a rate of $50 per hour)
- Nutrition counseling & custom meal planning is available at the hourly rate of $50. I am also happy to work with your physician to customize a program for your special needs. Meal plans for weight management, cholesterol reduction, diabetes management, or blood pressure control can be customized to your tastes.
- Pantry planning and kitchen organization is available for a $50 per hour fee.
- Special Event planning and preparation is available for $50 per hour.
